Mira Villas is the world’s first collection of residences furnished by Bentley

Experience a whole new world of luxury and comfort at Mira Villas branded residences. The lavish project by Mira Developments is located in District 11, MBR City. Mira Villas will be the world’s first community of villas and mansions with an interior design by Bentley Homes. Rounded shapes, glossy surfaces and natural wood elements are key features of the brand’s luxury car showrooms. Buyers can choose from three design options: Traditional, Formal and Contemporary.

All homes have 4 levels, including a basement and roof. Residents will have their own swimming pool, laundry room, terraces, at least one bedroom for a maid, a powder room, landscaped gardens and 4 parking spaces.

The homes will additionally be equipped with an elevator, and the layouts will include an office, a beauty salon, a rooftop jacuzzi, a gym, a library, a cinema and a wine cellar. All residences boast appliances and accessories from world-renowned brands, such as dishes from Bernardaud, cutlery from Christofle, a lighting system from Lalique, linens from Frette and appliances from Gaggenau.

Location

MBR City is one of Dubai’s newest and largest mixed-use neighbourhoods. It features a 7-km artificial lagoon, a 14-km waterfront, 8.4 km of cycling and jogging paths, and many parks, supermarkets and educational institutions, including the prestigious Hartland International School Dubai and North London Collegiate School. Al Ain – Dubai Rd passes through the area, so you can easily access different parts of the city. The drive to Dubai International Airport is less than half an hour, and will take about 50 minutes to reach Al Maktoum International Airport.

The key attraction of MBR City is the internationally-known Meydan Racecourse, where the world’s largest horse race, the Dubai World Cup, is held annually. It is also home to an equestrian museum, golf course and a multifunctional convention centre.
