DAMAC Islands is an upcoming residential community, which is located in Dubailand. The development company of the neighbourhood is DAMAC Properties.
The total area of the new community will constitute over 30 million sq. ft. Properties on DAMAC Islands will be made up of 4-5 bedroom townhouses and 6–7 bedroom villas. Property area ranges from 2,207 sq. ft to 17,104 sq. ft. Residences with 5-7 bedrooms will have staff rooms, and those with 6-7 bedrooms will also include a private gym.
As of Q4 2024, the starting price for townhouses in the community is AED 2.5M (USD 680K).
Residents at the community will have access to island-inspired facilities such as Aqua Dome & Park, Hot Spring Spa, Jungle River, kayaking and paddle boarding. Other exclusive infrastructure in the neighbourhood includes Iguanas Park, mini-golf island, fruit market, zipline, etc.
Due to the prime location in Dubailand, residents of DAMAC Islands will be able to easily reach Hamdan Sports Complex and Dubai Outlet Mall. Travel time to these attractions takes about a 25-minute drive.
