Knightsbridge in District 11, Meydan

Knightsbridge is Dubai’s first climate-adaptive wellness community, which will be located in District 11, Meydan. The development company of the unique project, inspired by London’s famous Knightsbridge neighbourhood — LEOS Developments. The estimated date of the community’s handover is Q4 2027.

Standalone villas with 5 bedrooms and mansions with 6 bedrooms will be presented within the second phase of the community. Meydan is an elite multifunctional district covering 1.4 sq. miles, and is home to premium residential projects, business facilities and leisure infrastructure.

The main attraction of the area is the 80,000-seating capacity Meydan Racecourse that hosts the world’s largest annual horse racing event, the Dubai World Cup. The area also boasts a horse racing museum and a 9-hole golf course.
