About the project
Golf Views is a multi-purpose, 27-storey building with two basements and five podiums located in Jumeirah Lakes Towers. The complex is considered the second-largest building in Dubai.

Developed by Seven Tides Real Estate, the project launched in May 2018. The general contractor is Airolink Building Contracting.

The property includes 2,617 apartments and studios with floor plans that offer one, two, and three bedrooms. Units range in size from 376 sq. ft. (35 sq. m.) to 1,521 sq. ft. (142 sq. m.). Golf Views (Seven City) consists of three blocks, each with a lobby, high-speed elevators, 24-hour video surveillance, and private terraces. The complex also features on-site parking and a rooftop lounge area.
