With over seven years of experience as a broker in Dubai, Calum recognized major shortcomings in how companies treated their brokers, which directly impacted the quality of customer service. In 2021, she took the initiative to launch Dagi Real Estate, an authentic and transparent agency focused on empowering brokers.
