Luma22

Luma22 is a 5-storey residential complex that is currently being developed by TownX. It will be located in Jumeirah Village Circle, Dubai and is scheduled for completion in Q3 2024. The sustainably-built, cosy complex will consist of studios, 1, 2 and 3-bedroom apartments, with varying floor plans and layouts and ranging in size from 414 sq. ft to 1,715 sq. ft.
